Nature of the service
Vakeel provides independent owner's representative services under a written agreement with each owner. Vakeel observes, reviews, verifies to the extent reasonably practicable, reports and recommends in the owner's interest. Vakeel is not the architect, interior designer, structural or MEP engineer, engineer of record, supervising consultant, contractor, construction manager, quantity surveyor of record or certifying authority, and does not assume their duties.
This site and the demo
Prices, packages and the project tray are descriptive and are confirmed in the owner's agreement at signature. The interactive demo uses a fictional project and synthetic data. Nothing on this site is professional advice about a specific property.
Independence
Vakeel accepts no commission, referral fee, rebate or undisclosed margin from any contractor, subcontractor, consultant or supplier. Vakeel and its related companies do not tender for, contract for or perform works on any project Vakeel represents. Broker referral fees are disclosed to the owner in writing.
Governing law
The laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
