What we collect
Details you give us when you book a scan, register or contact us: name, email, phone, property and project information, and the tray you configured. On a project: photographs, documents, cost and programme data, camera footage where you have taken the camera module, and messages exchanged through the dashboard.
Why
To provide the services you have asked for, to run your project record, and to send you the information you registered for. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with contractors, designers or suppliers beyond what the project needs.
Cameras
Camera footage belongs to the owner. It is retained for 90 days unless you ask us to keep specific clips. Contractors consent to site cameras in the owner-side contract. Faces are not used in marketing without written consent.
Retention
Project records are kept for the defects period plus five years, or as required by UAE law. You may ask for a copy of your record at any time.
