For brokers, banks, designers and communities

Your client is about to renovate. Put someone on their side.

Vakeel works with the people an owner meets before they meet a contractor.

The week after they get the keys.

Your buyers ask the same question after completion: "do you know a good contractor?" You don't want to be on the hook for that answer. Hand them Vakeel instead: a free scan, a floor plan they keep, and an engineer on their side.

Disclosed referral. AED 2,000 to the brokerage when a client subscribes, AED 500 for the brief module. Stated in the owner's agreement, so it never comes back on you.

A renovation-readiness pack branded for your agents: what to check before buying a villa to renovate, what approvals it will need, what it should cost.

What we'd like from you

Twenty minutes to show you the dashboard your clients would see, a named contact in each brokerage, and the pack in your sale-week email. That's it.

How does the broker referral work?

Introduce a buyer or owner to Vakeel. If they subscribe, the brokerage receives AED 2,000; if they take the brief module only, AED 500. The fee is disclosed to the owner in Schedule 1 of their agreement. Vakeel never pays referral fees to contractors, designers or suppliers.

What do lenders get?

A verified record that the money lent for renovation is being spent on verified work, with a weekly cost position. From 2028, inspections as a service and the Vakeel Cost Index dataset.

Do designers pay or get paid?

Neither. Designers on the Vakeel designer panel get a verified badge and access to the drawing register on projects they work on. Referrals flow both ways and are logged, not paid.

Can a community or developer recommend Vakeel?

Yes. Vakeel projects arrive at the NOC desk with complete applications and an accountable representative. Ask us about being listed as a preferred owner's advocate.
